Learn MoreJust completed my first colonoscopy and the experience was great from start to finish. My only complaint is that my appt was pushed back an hour and I was already dying for a drink as it was. The nurses were top notch and very accommodating. I am so thankful they made an otherwise daunting task bearable!
Everything was great. The doctors and nurses were all very nice. Very minimal wait time. Everything was run very efficiently.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the endo center. From the moment I walked in staff were courteous, polite, and efficient. The check in process was quick and painless. I was called back for my procedure after waiting for a maximum of 10-15 minutes. The nurse who did my intake process was so sweet and kind. I did not feel like another “number”. We chatted about our personal lives and exchanged pleasantries while she took down my information and got me set up for my procedure. She made sure I understood the procedure process from start to finish. The anesthesiologist was very upbeat and positive, all while thoroughly explaining the anesthesia process to me. The nurses who were in the procedure room with me were very kind and worked efficiently to get the procedure started. Dr. Zavala, as always, is a rockstar of a doctor - I also recommend her to anyone who needs GI assistance. The recovery room nurse was patient and made sure I had water and crackers as soon as I woke up. She made sure I was feeling well every step of the way from waking up to getting dressed, etc. The day after my procedure, the center reached out to me to make sure I was feeling ok (I was), and also provided potential symptoms/side effects to look out for and who to contact if I experienced them. While the procedure itself was not “fun”, I would highly recommend the Endo Center at Voorhees, and I will utilize their center in the future, if needed. Thanks again, to everyone!
Excellent staff and service. Every person I encountered was polite and attentive. The staff was caring and made me feel at ease. The whole process was quick and painless. I would recommend their office to anyone.
