How to Stay Healthy and On Track During the Holiday Season

During the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, diet and exercise often take a backseat to parties, shopping and time with family. Let’s face it; no one wants to count calories at the office Christmas party or run off to the gym when Clark Griswold is stuck under a semi. The holidays are about relaxing and having a good time! Unfortunately, many of us start off the month of January with a load of regret and a few extra inches on our waistline.

Without a doubt, the holiday season is the hardest time to focus on health. But with a little determination, you can stick to your diet and still enjoy the festivities. Here are some tips to keep you on track through the holidays so you can ring in the New Year without regret.
