Insurance and Billing

IMPORTANT Information regarding payment of your scheduled procedure:

The Endo Center at Voorhees accepts most major insurances. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage is between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and/or deductibles.  It is our policy to require payment of any co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles prior to your procedure. You may receive a patient estimate* prior to your procedure via text message, email or mail.  You will be provided a link or web address to make your payment. You will be provided with many payment options.

When you choose the “Pay Online” option, you may pay in full or you will have the option to choose a payment plan up to 10 months based on the balance that you owe.  Please note, your online payment will show on the statement as a payment to Loyale Building Patient Loyalty. Please do not cancel this payment this is still going to your payment for The Endo Center at Voorhees.

When you choose pay by phone, you will speak to a representative, who will assist you with making your payment in full or they will help you choose a payment plan that will work for you.

When you choose to apply for Care Credit, which is a medical financing company for healthcare expenses not covered by insurance, they have many payment options available.

When you choose Financial Hardship, you will be prompted to print forms to complete and return to The Endo Center at Voorhees. They will be reviewed to see if you meet the financial hardship criteria. Should you not qualify or partially qualify we can assist you with payment plan options.

Our goal is to provide you with the quality care that you deserve. If you are not able to pay your account in full, please contact one of our billing representatives to avoid the collection process.

*The patient estimate is for the surgery center only. It does not include any patient responsibility for the physician, anesthesia services, pathology, or any other ancillary services or tests ordered by your doctor unless specified in your estimate.

The Endo Center at Voorhees accepts cash, check or credit card.

You will receive an easy to understand, all-inclusive bill for the services provided at The Endo Center at Voorhees. We offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.

You can also expect a bill from your physician, anesthesia providers and, if biopsies are taken, pathology services.

This list may not be comprehensive. For example, specialty insurers such as workers’ compensation and personal injury protection (“PIP”) are not included because there are a number of different types of insurance products and we may not participate in all of them. If you do not see your plan listed on our website, we strongly recommend that you contact us or your health insurance plan to confirm whether your plan is in-network or out-of-network.

In addition, the physicians who provide care within our center might not participate in the same insurance plans as the ASC. You should check with the physician who is arranging your healthcare services to see which insurance plans the physician participates in. You should also know that these healthcare professional(s)’ costs are not included in the facility’s charges. They will bill separately.

Other Care Providers

We work with other providers as part of your care. In addition to a bill from the facility and the physician, you may receive a bill from another provider, depending on the nature of your procedure.
