Dr. Jaffe is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Temple University Hospital.

Dr. Jaffe is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American College of Physicians.

She is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
